"Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live."  -John Rohn

While studying Communication at the University of Kansas, Tina Cameli learned that communication comes in many different forms. Being a naturally energetic person who values human connections she knew she wanted be of service in encouraging and facilitating the health and well-being of others. Her passion for health and wellness came full circle in 2001 when Tina suffered injuries due to a car accident. She sought care from a massage therapist and the results of this care were life altering. It was then that she realized she wanted to make massage therapy her career. That was more than 20 years ago!

Tina took the plunge and enrolled in East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon in September 2002. She finished her 687-hour course in May of 2004 and has not looked back! Since that time, she has treated thousands of patients with a variety of ailments.

Tina provides massage therapy focused on reducing pain, healing from injury, stress reduction, and relieving tight, sore muscles. She believes health is one of our greatest gifts and when the body is signaling discomfort, we need to listen and act. She inspires her clients to pay attention to and trust their body’s natural intelligence. Each session is customized to meet her clients’ needs and preferences. Her empathic nature and deep listening skills allow her to provide quality care and a safe space for healing to occur. She enjoys educating her clients about posture and ergonomics, which when misaligned with the body’s natural state, may be contributing to discomfort. She enjoys working with a multitude of clients, whether healing from a car accident, a work or sports injury, or wanting to de-stress and maintain overall well-being. Her modalities include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, gua sha, and tuning fork therapy which sends vibrations through the soft tissue for support.

When Tina is not doing the work she loves, she enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

If you are ready to make a shift in your health and well-being, reach out to Tina and schedule.
